Bryan Orchard, Pastor
Reverend Bryan Orchard has been a resident of East Tennessee with his wife Karin since October of 1995. They have been married for 29 years and have two sons: Aidan, who currently resides in Louisville, KY, and Elias who is currently a sophomore at ETSU. Karin serves as the Chair of the English Department at Daniel Boone High School. Bryan received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Kutztown University in 1992 and his Masters in Religion from The Emmanuel School of Religion in 2003. Bryan began formally serving the Methodist Church as a Student Pastor at Fairview UMC in Jonesborough and remained in that role for ten years before taking the same position at Gray UMC. During his time at Gray UMC, Bryan also took on the role of Worship Leader before being met with a call to full time pastoral ministry. Bryan was then appointed to Gray UMC as an Associate Pastor and to Saint Paul UMC in Piney Flats as Pastor. In 2020, Bryan accepted an appointment to serve the two-point charge comprised of Eden and Bethesda. In addition to his joy of serving and leading in the church, Bryan continues to lead international mission teams, playing the guitar and leading worship whenever he has an opportunity, and spending time with his family.
